Our flat-rate labor pricing covers all standard apartment sizes. A studio same-color repaint runs $320–$380, a 1-bedroom $420–$520, a 2-bedroom $580–$720, and a 3+ bedroom $780–$950. The community supplies paint — we supply all labor, equipment, and masking materials. Effective rates run $0.55–$1.10 per sq ft depending on unit size and service type.
Most apartment turns are completed in 1–2 days. We use professional airless sprayers and rollers to maximize efficiency. Our goal is to help your community minimize days vacant and get units back on the market as quickly as possible.
No — our pricing is labor only. Your community supplies the paint, which keeps your costs significantly lower. We bring all labor, professional equipment, masking tape, drop cloths, and prep supplies.
